Placing an Order

Step 1: Shopping Bag

Order products
Add the products you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. To review a product's detail information, simply click on the product's name. To change any quantity, make your adjustment and click "Update." To remove any product, click "Clear." To continue browsing, click "Continue Shopping."


Step 2: Checkout
You're finished browsing and your Shopping Bag contains everything you want to order, in the correct quantities. It's time to click "Purchase."


Step 3: Sign In

First-Time Customers
First-time customers must set up a Discgear.com account to place an order. Please note that Discware Online accounts are separate. You cannot login to Discgear.com with your Discware Online account unless you have set them up to be identical. When your account information is complete and correct, click "Continue."

Returning Customers
If you have ordered in the past, you need to input your username and password and click "Continue." If you forgot your password, input your email address and we'll send you your password by email. For security reasons, we cannot provide your password over the phone. However, we can reset your password and you can logon at a later date and reset your password.


Step 4: Shipping Address
Discgear.com will ship your ordered products to one address. We'll ship anywhere in the U.S. to physical address types only (NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE). In addition, Discgear.com will ship to any U.S. Military address type.


Step 5: Shipping Method
Depending on where you are shipping your products, you'll need to tell us which method to use for each of your shipments. Choose Ground, Three Day, Two-Day, or Overnight Delivery. You can also choose to apply our gift-wrap option (ordered items will be gift-wrapped and personalized gift card will be included). Simply check the corresponding box. When you're finished, click "Continue." For shipping method options, expected delivery times, and shipping costs for each address type, please refer to the charts below.

  • Orders received by 3:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the same day
  • Orders received after 3:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the next business day
  • All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday

We cannot ship to P.O. BOXES. A physical address that UPS can deliver to must be provided. Failure to do so may result in the delay of your order.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type.


Step 6: Gift Options
When you choose a shipping method, you also can choose gift options. To choose gift options, simply check the corresponding box. For a nominal fee, we'll gift wrap your products and include a personalized gift message with your order.


Step 7: Payment Information

Credit Cards
Discgear.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Choose a credit card type, enter a credit card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on the credit card. The billing address for the credit card must match the address where that credit card statement is sent. Please enter your credit card's Security Code for your protection. Most cards today have a small 3 digit number on the back of your card. AMEX cards have a small 4 digit number on the front of the card above the account number. When your card information is complete and correct, click "Process Order." Please click "Process Order" only once to prevent duplicate payments. You will receive an acknowledgement screen once the payment has been completed. Please be patient as this may take a couple of minutes depending on your browser connection.


Step 8: Submit Your Order

Step 9: Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email that summarizes your order and each time we ship a portion of your order, we'll notify you by email. Remember that you can check the status of your order online -- anytime -- from Your Account.
When you place an order with Discgear.com, we get the order fulfillment process moving right away. So if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we can't cancel or affect an order once it has entered the shipping process, which happens just a few hours after you place your order. That's why it's important to contact us regarding any problems or changes by phone right away -- before we start to process your order.
