You may return your www.Discgear.com purchase for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item for refund or exchange if the returned item is sent in new, unopened condition.
If you purchased through a reseller you must contact the independant retailer regarding their return and exchange policies.
If you purchased your Discgear product directly from www.Discgear.com and would like to return your product, click here. Please note that your Discgear product must be in its original packaging and be in like new resellable condition with all packaging components and inserts. Please read our return policy.

Product Warranty Claims
All Discgear products that do not include electronic components have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage occurred through unintended use of the product is not covered under the lifetime warranty.
Discgear products that contain electronic components have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. A copy of the original sales receipt from an Authorized Discgear Reseller must accompany your return.
We will repair or replace, at our option, the product without charge (postage and postal insurance are the responsibility of the consumer). Please read our warranty policy
Please note: Only Discgear® products purchased directly from Discgear.com or from an Authorized Dealer carry any warranty. eBay sellers are not Authorized Discgear® Dealers and any Discgear® products sold on eBay are without warranty.
