DISCGEAR RETAIL WARRANTY STATEMENT

All Discgear products that do not include electronic components have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage occurred through unintended use of the product is not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Discgear products that contain electronic components have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. A copy of the original sales receipt from an Authorized Discgear Reseller must accompany your return.

ID dots, title sheets and other items exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decoration, are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

CD3, Inc.’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE CD3, Inc.PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CD3, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

Please note that all postage, insurance and shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend that you ship using some traceable method that can provide proof of delivery.

NOTE: All Discgear CD Storage Units not purchased from an Authorized Discgear Retailer are not covered by the above product warranty.

I want to return my Discgear storage unit for a refund or exchange. What should I do?

Refunds and Exchanges are available only for items purchased through the Discgear.com online store. These claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Any returns or exchanges must be sent back in new condition: including all original packaging, polybags and inserts. I want to return my Discgear storage unit for a warranty claim. What should I do?

  1. Please read the DISCGEAR RETAIL WARRANTY STATEMENT above
  2. CD3, Inc. is not responsible for any freight costs for warranty claims. Please include $4.95 check or money order per item for the return shipping costs.
  3. The Discgear product warranty is for “defects in materials and workmanship.” Any damage that occurs from use outside of what is intended by CD3, Inc. as determined by our warranty department will NOT be covered by the warranty and your damaged item will be returned to you using the $4.95 included with your return for return freight. The warranty is limited to discgear products only. ID dots, title sheets and other items exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decoration, are excluded from this warranty.
  4. CD3, Inc. is only responsible for returns received by our warehouse. We strongly encourage all customers to send returned items through a method where proof of delivery is available. Any lost or damaged shipment is the responsibility of the consumer for any necessary claims.
  5. In the event that the returned product is no longer available, CD3, Inc.will replace with a similar item of equal or greater value.
